I think this came about because I have been craving my bed this week! But whatever the origin, that is the prompt for this week: Bed. It could be, "My bed," "Your bed," "His or her bed," "You made your bed now you have to lie in it," or even, "Whose bed have your boots been under?" You could use the prompt to help create a character - nothing says more about a person than the bed that they sleep in - or you could describe the best bed you ever slept in. You could tell us about your dream bed, the bed that you wanted to sleep in, or the bed that you couldn't get out of fast enough! You could go wholesome or a little racy. You could describe a whole scene from the perspective of a bed-ridden character. You could use it as the scene for the beginning of a book. If you have a laptop you could even just use it as a location rather than a prompt and just sit IN bed and write whatever comes to mind.
